This piece was drawn from a picture that ED Kriz had taken when he was in Haiti. He and his team from Living Water International were digging wells and providing clean water to drink in many local communities. When I saw this photo it made me realize that even though this boy has seen much and has so little, he holds a sense of contentment. Unlike our society, he brings a certainty that allows you to stop and rethink your priorities and about what’s truly important in life.
